Sergeant Smiley and his crew, Marble Games, Dixie Brains, and Chunky Monkey, leap from a mission on planet WARTHOLE straight into a galactic crisis. After meeting with Professor Toad Croak, the GalactiCATS return home and discover there is a new danger in the galaxy. A cyborg unicorn named Pickles and a mechanical roach called Roaches are traveling to planet NOT-4-CELL to steal energy from giant tree roots. They plan to use this energy to power their machine, the Litter-Vac 3000. If they succeed, it will suck up cat litter from the GalactiCATS' home planet and use it to build and arm space colonies throughout the Cat's Eye Galaxy.

Sergeant Smiley has a plan to outsmart the villains. Dixie Brains uses her high-tech cybernetic eye to spot things no one else can see. Marble Games knows just how to make things go BOOM and stop the bad guys. Chunky Monkey uses his special firepower to blast through any obstacle.
